At Rhino, we talk a lot about quality — quality products, quality installs, and a quality experience for every customer. But what does that actually look like behind the scenes?
Let’s walk you through a day in the life of one of our installers — the real boots-on-the-roof team making sure your home stays protected, storm after storm.
The day starts early. Our team arrives at the warehouse to load up tools, materials, and that day’s job sheets. Most of them have already had their first cup of coffee — or they’re dangerously close to needing one.
By 7:15, vans are stocked, site plans are reviewed, and they’re rolling out to the first job of the day.
Arriving at the homeowner’s property, our lead installer meets the customer to walk the perimeter, confirm install plans, and answer any last-minute questions. This step isn’t just courteous — it ensures precision.
We don’t cut corners. Every house is different, and we make sure each Rhino system fits the roofline and drainage plan like a glove.
Ladders go up, tools come out, and the rhythm kicks in. One crew member preps the old gutters for removal if needed, while others begin laying the new Rhino system with exact measurements and proper pitch.
And no, we don’t just “tack and go.” We’re talking:
Our installers are trained to do it right, not just fast.
A sandwich, a Gatorade, and maybe a friendly chat with the homeowner — lunch is short and sweet. Then it’s back to work.
Once the system is fully installed, we do a full water flow test. We double-check downspouts, seal joints, and run through a 10-point checklist before we say the job’s done.
Then we do something crazy: we clean up after ourselves.
No nails in the grass. No debris left behind. Just a perfect install and a proud homeowner.
The final step? Walking the homeowner through the system, explaining how it works, and handing over warranty details.
We answer every question and make sure they’re 100% confident. Because we don’t just install it — we stand behind it.
Another job well done. Another Florida home ready for rain season. And another satisfied customer won't need their ladder for a while.
Our installers take pride in their craft — and it shows on every roofline we touch.
